Privacy policy

This policy explains how John Antle, Mortgage Associate with Pineapple National Inc., handles personal information collected through reddeermortgagebroker.com. Pineapple National Inc. is responsible for personal information collected by its licensees, and its own privacy policy applies to any mortgage application.
What this site collects
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone, community, the help you're looking for, your preferred contact method and your message.
- Technical data: like any web server, our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). The form also stores a one-way hashed version of your IP address for up to an hour to limit spam.
- No tracking cookies: this site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How it's used
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to start a mortgage conversation. Form messages are emailed to johnantle@gopineapple.com. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Links to other services
The "Book a call" buttons open Google Calendar's appointment page, which is run by Google under its own privacy policy. Links to RECA, government sites and social media are governed by those sites' policies.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet the brokerage's record-keeping obligations. Please don't send sensitive details such as your SIN or banking passwords through the form, text or regular email.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've given us, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing johnantle@gopineapple.com. Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and federal privacy law give you rights to access and correction; you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta if you have a concern we can't resolve.
